How to Get Affiliation 

Online Affiliation

If you are planning to open a new college/institution or wish to integrate your existing organization into a global network, AMCC is the right place to look for. Apply now for online affiliation. AMCC offers affiliation to colleges under some basic rules. The primary purpose of the affiliation is to integrate the council’s expertise and activities.

                New colleges/institutions as well as those already in operation and desirous of starting new courses will have to first apply to AMCC in prescribed proforma. Click on online affiliation or download form. After issue of consent to affiliation by AMCC, prescribed fees should be remitted to the council (US $ 1000). Upon receipt of requisite fees and related documents affiliation certificate will be issued to the applicant.

How to apply:

Click on online affiliation or download form. If you are staying near by you can collect it from the council’s office. Simply fill it up and send it to the council through fax No. 0091 033 25425572 or by post or submit online.

Every such application shall contain:

·         3 copies of passport size photographs of the principal

·         Photo copy of academic qualification certificate.

Once you get affiliation with us, your institution has to abide by the rules and regulations of the council and keep in touch with the council at a regular basis.

 The total Fees should be sent along with photocopies of your qualification certificates (Academic qualifications), Admit & Mark Sheets, Six (6) passport size photographs and the filled in Form.

Fee is non-refundable.
The fees can be remitted by any of the following manners:

1. Indian Students (By Bank to Bank)
Deposite the fees to Alternative Medical Council Calcutta at your nearest
State Bank of India A/C No. 30258396460.

(Nabapally Branch, Barasat)
or
After Depositing the fees you should have to send the deposited slip immediately either Fax No. 0091-033-2542 4072 or e-mail : amcc@vsnl.net for confirmation.

2. By Bank Draft/D.D
The Bank Draft/D.D should be in favour of Alternative Medical Council Calcutta from any Bank payable at Barasat and send it to :
